Manufactured with Engineering Certification to withstand almost anything Mother Nature can throw at it. Each section is welded to AS1554 (Australian Standards for Welding). They are fully welded through the thickness of the plates and undergo full non-destructive testing, unlike any other commercial mooring system for this purpose.
Important information, and why these Mooring Rings are considered the strongest on the market:
- They spread the load at the connections, rather than at a point connection such as shackles would provide.
- All metal products are fully welded through the full thickness of the welded joint, NOT just welded on the adjacent surfaces as most others are.
- The welds undergo full non-destructive testing to the Australian welding standard (AS1554) and its updates.
- Fully tested for dynamic loading, they DO NOT pull to the left or right as most others do.
